Portal access is intended for approved users and invited company users. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for using the platform in accordance with their organisation's authority.
Marketplace Information
Companies are responsible for ensuring that information they submit is accurate, current and authorised for submission.
Capacity Network may review, hold, decline, request more information or remove submitted information where it is incomplete, unsuitable, commercially sensitive in an uncontrolled way or inconsistent with the platform workflow.
Introductions And Commercial Decisions
Capacity Network can support structured introductions, but it does not guarantee that any provider will offer capacity, that any applicant will accept terms or that any commercial outcome will be reached.
Each party remains responsible for its own underwriting, due diligence, legal, regulatory, financial and commercial decisions.
Confidentiality And Acceptable Use
Users should not misuse confidential information, attempt to access another company's data, upload unlawful material, interfere with the platform or use information outside the approved workflow.
Sensitive marketplace information should not be forwarded outside authorised users or counterparties unless disclosure has been approved.
