Discuss confidentialityCapacity searches can be sensitive. A broker, MGA or scheme owner may need to explore options without alerting an incumbent provider. A provider may want to review distribution opportunities without signalling appetite publicly.
Capacity Network supports a controlled process where names, documents and sensitive details are not treated as open marketplace information.
Applicants can specify providers, markets or relationships that must not see a request. Providers can define applicant or market exclusions when listing appetite.
Those exclusions are designed to inform matching, conflict checks and admin review before an approach or introduction is progressed.
Named disclosure should happen only after the required checks are complete. The workflow can include document readiness, conflict checks, admin approval and mutual approval before a named introduction is made.
This gives both sides a clearer route from anonymous or confidential review to an approved commercial conversation.
